Returns Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for assistance.
Earrings are eligible for return. Refunds will be processed in the form of shop credit for the full amount of your jewelry. Not including shipping fees. Shop credit can be applied to anything in the shop.
Necklaces are not eligible for return. If your necklace is the wrong length, please contact us for instructions on how to send it back for alterations.
All crystals are final sale and will not be available in the shop once sold out.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
To exchange your item, please contact us. You will receive a shop credit to use for the full value of jewelry you would like to exchange.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like cut to length necklaces. We also cannot offer credit refunds on all crystals. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or orders made with shop credit from a previous return.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you receive the last item of your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us at earthandelm@gmail.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. You may use the contact form on our website.
Upon withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, not including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your returned items. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.
Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom or personalized items (such as cut-to-length necklaces).
