Frequently asked questions

Will these earrings hurt my ears?

Our studs are made with surgical stainless steel for the most sensitive of ears. Please ensure proper sterilization of studs and ears before wear.

Where is this shop located?

We are located and ship out of central Alberta, Canada.

Are your studs made with real stones?

All of our studs start out as rough natural stone that are carved by a young man supporting his family in India.

Will the stones come off of their posts?

We use UV resin when attaching our surgical stainless posts to the stones for a long lasting connection. While we recommend to pull on the post and not the stone, we have had great success with long lasting wear.

What happens if my stone comes off its post?

We offer a lifetime warranty on all studs. Simply send us a message and we can help you with any warranty claim.

How do I clean my earrings?

Please clean all jewelry before inserting into your ears. We recommend rubbing alcohol or hydrogen peroxide to wipe the posts and your ears before wearing them.

What kind of backs do they come with?

All of our studs come with small butterfly backs. We have larger disc backs we can include for free with any order. Please send us a direct message or leave a note at checkout to request a large disc back for more support.

When will I get my order?

We pack orders on Monday & Tuesday's, and drop off packages on Tuesday evenings or Wednesdays. Orders within Canada usually take about a week. This does NOT include weekends. Canada Post is closed on weekends.

International orders usually take 1-3 weeks depending on location.

I am unable to guarantee any shipping times. Orders can arrive promptly, but can also be held up based on your shipping provider.

When ordering within a time frame, please allow yourself extra shipping time for unforseen delays.

What is the return policy?

If you are unhappy with your order please contact us. We accept returns and exchanges. You will receive full value of your jewelry as a shop credit for your next order.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on necklaces as they are cut to length. We are also unable to refund or exchange any crystals as they are final sale.

How much does shipping cost?

Canada - Free with lettermail which does NOT include a tracking number or insurance. $15 within Canada for a tracked and insured package.

USA - $20 CAD includes a tracking number and is DDP. Delivered Duty Paid

International - $15 CAD includes a tracking number and insurance.

Do you offer same-day shipping?

We are a small business operated soley by myself (Emma). I pack every single order by hand and cannot maintain amazon same-day shipping standards. Please understand when you are ordering that I pack orders between Monday - Tuesday's. Your order will be dropped off at the post office on Tuesday or Wednesday. It will not dispatch from the post office until Thursday. If you live across the country from me, you will not see your package until the following week.
